Banana and Honey Face Mask



This face mask will help you in treating your oily skin. Apply twice a week for a healthy, shine-free skin. The anti-bacterial properties of honey and vitamin present in orange will control the secretion of sebum while banana will help in maintaining a balance with its nourishing properties.

 

Ingredients:




  • 1 Full ripe banana

  • Honey

  • Freshly squeezed Orange juice



 

Recipe:



 


  1. Mash the banana into a bowl.

  2. Add 2 tablespoons of honey into mashed banana

  3. Stir properly and then add 1 teaspoon of orange juice.



 

 

Cucumber and Aloe Vera Mask



Soothe your skin with the hydrating effects of cucumber and aloe vera. If you have been suffering from tanning or sun burn, this mask will help you recovering and preventing your skin from anti-ageing.

 

Ingredients:




  • Aloe Vera Gel

  • Cucumber



Recipe:




  1. Cut the cucumber into slices.

  2. Add the slices into a blender, run until mixture becomes liquid.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera Gel and blend.



 

 

 



  1. Moisturize:





Hydration is the key to younger looking skin. Now we know finding the right moisturizer can be tedious job as some moisturizers even after specifying that they are meant for combination skin does not prove to be effective. Find out what is best for you by identifying the oiliness and dryness of your skin, you can always use a gel moisturizer as they give a mattifying effect, so they are best moisturizer.

 

Pro tip: If you have visible fine lines or wrinkles, you can try retinol cream or a retinol serum to reduce them and to even prevent them.

 



  1. Sunscreen:





Repeat after me! I will never step out of the house without wearing a sunscreen. This is a go-to when it comes to taking care of your skin the right way. Have you ever wondered why Koreans are beating everybody at skin care? The reason is they never skip on sunscreen. Always remember that you need to reapply your sunscreen in between a duration of 2 hours. The harmful UV rays are the main reason behind early signs of ageing.
