The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced its Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) 4 for recruitment of 1,383 regular non-faculty posts under Group B and Group C across various AIIMS institutions and participating central government hospitals/institutes.

How to Apply

Visit the official AIIMS recruitment portal at aiimsexams.ac.in from 14 November 2025.
Download and read the Detailed Recruitment Advertisement (DRA) to fully understand post-wise eligibility, age limit, pay level, duties.
Register as a new user, fill in personal, educational, experience details; upload required documents (photograph, signature, bonafide certificates etc).
Select the post(s)/group(s) you wish to apply for, and pay the application fee as applicable.
Submit the online application by the last date (02 December 2025) and take a printout of the submitted form for future reference.

Selection Process

The selection for CRE-4 (Group B & C) posts involves:

Computer Based Test (CBT) – for all eligible applicants.
Skill Test (or practical / trade test) where applicable for specific posts.
Document Verification of original certificates, category proof, etc.
Final merit list combining attributes as per advertisement.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates must have qualifications appropriate to the post applied for, spanning from 10th/12th pass to diploma, bachelor’s, post-graduate level. Sample eligibility includes:
- 10th/12th pass for certain Group C roles (e.g., Multi-Tasking Staff, Attendants)
- Diploma / BMLT / DMLT / B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) for lab/support posts
- Bachelor’s Degree / B.Tech / B.E for technical, administrative posts
- Master’s degree (M.Sc) or MBA/PGDM for some specialist roles (for example Assistant Dietician)
Application Fees:
The application fee structure is category-wise
- General / OBC: ₹ 3,000
- SC / ST / EWS: ₹ 2,400
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted (No fees)Note: If applying for more than one group/post, fee must be paid separately for each. Fee once paid is typically non-refundable.
Pay Scale:
Remuneration will be in accordance with the 7th CPC pay levels, depending on whether the post is Group B or Group C and the specific pay level allocated. Some indicative structure:
- Group C Posts: Pay Levels ~ 1 to 6 (approximately ₹18,000 to ₹56,900 per month)
- Group B Posts: Pay Levels ~ 6 to 8 (approximately ₹35,400 to ₹78,800 per month)
- Additional benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), medical benefits, pension / NPS as per rules.
