Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have M.Sc. / Integrated M.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in relevant disciplines such as Physics, Chemistry, Biosciences, or Engineering.
- Applicants must have qualified NET / GATE / JEST / JAM or any other national-level fellowship exam recognized by BARC.
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying degree.
Application Fees:
- General / OBC / EWS: ₹500 (approx.)
- SC / ST / PwBD / Women Candidates: Exempted
Pay Scale:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹37,000 per month
- Senior Research Fellow (SRF): ₹42,000 per month (after evaluation or promotion)
- Additional benefits may include House Rent Allowance (HRA), contingency grants, and access to research facilities.
