General Manager (HR) : First Class in MBA or equivalent/ Post Graduate Diploma in HR/ PM & IR/ Personnel Management/ Social Science/ Social Welfare/ Social Workof 2 years Duration with minimum 18 years of executive experience.

Deputy General Manager (Civil) First Class Degree (or 05 years integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in Civil with 14 years of executive experience

Senior Manager (Civil) Aspirants should complete First Class Degree (or 05 years integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in Civil with 9 years of executive experience

Deputy Manager (Civil) First Class Degree (or 05 years integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in Civil with 5 years of executive experience

Assitant Manager (Civil) Candidates should hold First Class Degree (or 05 years integrated course) in Engineering or Technology in Civil with 2 years of executive experience
