Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Candidates must possess a B.E./ B.Tech Degree/ Diploma certificate or a Provisional B.E./ B.Tech Degree/ Diploma Certificate in relevant branches.
✔️ The candidates should have achieved at least the minimum passing marks and acquired a Degree/Diploma in Engineering on or after February 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, up to October 2023.
✔️ Individuals who have previously undergone or are presently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and/or have one year of work experience are not eligible to apply.

Other Eligibility:

✔️ The candidates should know how to read and write in the Kannada language.

Pay Scale:
✔️ Deputy General Manager (DGM): ₹ 76010- 2220(4)- 84890- 2500(2)- 89890 (7 years) Gross emolument for metro cities will be ₹ 1,55,000/- per month (approx.)
✔️ Assistant General Manager (AGM): ₹ 63840-1990(5)-73790-2220(2)-78230 (8 years) Gross emolument for metro cities will be ₹ 1,28,000/- per month (approx.)
✔️ Manager: ₹ 48170-1740(1)-49910-1990(10)-69810 (12 years) Gross emolument for metro cities will be ₹ 98,000/- per month (approx.)
