Eligibility Criteria:
. Educational Qualification

B.Sc. Nurses: Integrated course of BPCCHN (2021 or later, WBNC registration required)
GNM/Post Basic B.Sc./B.Sc. Nursing: Passed before 2021, WBNC registration for CPCH Training
BAMS: Passed, registered/provisional certificate with West Bengal Ayurved Council

2. Age Limit
- Up to 40 years as on 01/04/2025 (relaxation as per norms)
3. Experience

Experience will be calculated from qualification to last date of online submission

4. Nationality

Proficiency in Bengali/local dialect mandatory
Application Fees:
- Rs. 100 (General)/ Rs. 50 (SC/ST/OBC), paid online via net banking/credit/debit card
- No TA/DA is admissible for candidates
Pay Scale:
- Rs. 20,000/month consolidated after posting in Su-swasthya Kendra
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) up to Rs. 5,000/month based on parameters
- Training period stipend: Rs. 10,000/month (GNM/BAMS)
- Bond period must be served after training
