Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (or Master’s) with at least 50 % marks (or as specified) from a recognized university/institution.
- They must have a B.Ed. degree (or three-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
- The concerned subject (for example, for TGT English) should have been studied for at least 2 years at the graduation level.
- Candidates should have passed the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) wherever mandated for TGT posts.
- Maximum age limit is 30 years for general category (for this recruitment) with age‐relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
Application Fees:
- General / OBC / EWS category candidates: ₹ 100.
- Women candidates, SC/ST, PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability), Ex-Servicemen: Exempted from fee.
Pay Scale:
- The TGT posts fall under Pay Level 7 (Group ‘B’) with pay scale approx. ₹ 44,900 to ₹ 1,42,400 per month (basic pay) depending on seniority and allowances.
- In‐hand salary will include basic pay + allowances (Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance) minus deductions like NPS, tax.
