Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must meet the prescribed educational, age, and physical standards for the respective posts. For the PSI Technical Operator post, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in relevant disciplines such as Electronics, Telecommunication, or Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Gujarat Government.

For the Constable Driver post, candidates must have passed Class 12th or equivalent and must hold a valid heavy or light motor vehicle driving licence with required driving experience.
Application Fees:
- General category candidates - ₹100
- SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, and Ex-Servicemen categories are exempted from payment of the application fee.
Pay Scale:
- Candidates selected under Gujarat Police SI Technical Operator Recruitment 2026 will receive salary as per the 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix applicable to Gujarat Government employees.
- The Police Sub-Inspector (Technical Operator) post carries a pay scale under Pay Matrix Level-7, with a basic pay starting from ₹39,900 per month, along with applicable allowances.
- The Constable Driver post falls under Pay Matrix Level-3, with a basic pay starting from ₹21,700 per month, along with admissible allowances as per government norms.
