Selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training in various engineering disciplines across HPCL locations in India. This program is designed to provide hands-on industrial exposure, technical learning, and professional development. It is an excellent stepping stone for fresh graduates aiming to build a strong career in the oil and gas sector. The apprenticeship will be governed under the Apprentices Act and offers a fixed monthly stipend during the training period.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) in relevant disciplines such as:

    • Mechanical Engineering

    • Civil Engineering

    • Electrical Engineering

    • Chemical Engineering

    • Instrumentation Engineering

    • Computer Science / IT

  • Degree must be from a recognized university/institute.

  • Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training are not eligible.

• Application Fees:

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹0 (No Application Fee)

  • SC / ST / PwBD / Female Candidates: ₹0 (No Application Fee)

• Pay Scale:

  Selected Graduate Apprentice Trainees will receive:

  • Monthly Stipend: ₹25,000/- (Approx.)

  • No additional allowances like HRA, TA, or DA during the training period.

  • The apprenticeship duration is generally 12 months.
