The Apprentices will undergo training in various departments and divisions of the Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL). The nature of work and responsibilities will vary depending on the discipline:

Electrical Apprentices: Assisting in installation, maintenance, and operation of power distribution lines, transformers, and substations.
IT/Computer Apprentices: Supporting digital record maintenance, system monitoring, and IT-based service management.
Finance/Accounts Apprentices: Handling billing, data entry, financial records, and report preparation.
HR/Administrative Apprentices: Assisting in personnel management, documentation, and office administration tasks.
Law Apprentices: Supporting legal documentation, compliance, and case file management.

Apprentices are expected to work under supervision, follow safety protocols, and complete tasks assigned by their respective departments during the one-year training period.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate degree or Diploma in relevant discipline (Electrical, IT, HR, Law, Finance, etc.)
Application Fees:
There is no application fee for the HPSEBL Apprentices Recruitment 2025.

Pay Scale:
The selected candidates for the HPSEBL Apprentices positions will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act, 1961 and company norms. The approximate pay scale is:
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹9,000 per month
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentice: ₹8,000 per month
- Other Trade Apprentices (ITI): ₹7,000 per month
No additional allowances such as HRA, DA, or TA will be admissible during the apprenticeship period. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be issued a Certificate of Apprenticeship from HPSEBL, but the training does not guarantee permanent employment
