  • The educational qualifications for various disciplines have been detailed below :-

    For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production) – Post Code 201:
    Candidates need a 3-year Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology/Chemical Technology (Fertiliser)/Petrochemical Engineering/Petrochemical Technology/Refinery and Petrochemical Engineering OR B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% aggregate marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.

    For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U) – Post Code 202:
    Candidates need a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical (Production) Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical Power System/Electrical Engineering (Industrial Control) OR B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) from a recognized Institute/University, along with a Second Class Boiler Competency Certificate (BCC) OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in Boiler Attendant endorsed as equivalent to Second Class Boiler Attendant by the competent State Boiler Authority of the concerned refinery.

    For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U-O&M) – Post Code 203:
    Candidates need a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electrical Power System/Electrical Engineering (Industrial Control) with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST candidates against reserved positions.

    For JEA-IV / Junior Technical Assistant-IV (Electrical) – Post Code 204:
    Candidates need a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics/Electrical Power System/Electrical Engineering (Industrial Control) from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% aggregate marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved/identified positions.

    For JEA-IV / Junior Technical Assistant-IV (Mechanical) – Post Code 205:
    Candidates need a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical (Production) Engineering with minimum 50% aggregate marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved/identified positions.

    For JEA-IV / Junior Technical Assistant-IV (Instrumentation) – Post Code 206:
    Candidates need a 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering/Instrumentation & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engineering/Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics & Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

    For Junior Quality Control Analyst – Post Code 207:
    Candidates need B.Sc. with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates against reserved/identified positions.

    For Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Fire & Safety) – Post Code 208:
    Candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Sub-Officers’ Course from NFSC Nagpur or from a Government recognized Board/University/Institute and possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence, along with prescribed physical and medical standards.

     

  • Candidates applying for IOCL Non-Executive Recruitment 2025 are required to pay the application fee as per their category, through online mode only. The fee is non-refundable and must be paid within the application window along with submission of the online form.

  • Candidates selected as Non-Executive personnel (Junior Engineering Assistant-IV and Junior Quality Control Analyst) in IOCL refineries are appointed in the pay scale of Rs. 25,000–1,05,000/- at the Non-Executive level. Along with basic pay, they are entitled to a wide range of allowances and benefits as per IOCL’s rules.
