MPPSC Recruitment 2025 – Food Safety Officer

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) invites online applications for the post of Food Safety Officer (FSO) under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.

Last Date to Apply: 10/08/2025
Maximum Age: 40 years (as on the last date of application). Age relaxation as per MP government norms.

Educational Qualification:
Applicants must possess a degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Oil Technology, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Chemistry, Microbiology, or a Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Medicine from a recognized university. Proficiency in Hindi and knowledge of MP’s culture is desirable.

Application Fee:

• SC/ST, PwD, and EWS of MP State: ₹250/-

• All other candidates: ₹500/-
  Fee is payable online via debit/credit card or net banking.

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on a written examination followed by an interview and document verification.

  Graduate or Postgraduate or doctorate degree in Food Engineering/ /Food Processing and Preservation/ Food Processing Technology/ Food Technology and Management/ Food Biotechnology/ Food Supply Chain Management/ Food Process Engineering and Management/ Food Preservation/ Food Safety and Quality Management/ Process and Food Engineering OR Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery/ Bachelor of Dental Surgery / Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery or equivalent
