NCBS invites online applications for the post of Executive Manager to support and manage its advanced research ecosystem and institutional administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, administrative coordination, policy implementation, financial oversight, human resource management, procurement, infrastructure support, and compliance with government and institutional regulations.
The role involves close coordination with scientists, academic leadership, funding agencies, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth functioning of research programs and campus operations. The Executive Manager will also contribute to process improvement, project monitoring, documentation, and institutional governance, making this role critical to the overall efficiency and growth of NCBS.

Postgraduate degree in Management / Administration / Finance / HR / Public Administration / Science / Engineering from a recognized university
