The selected faculty members will work at NIELIT centers across India. Their responsibilities include teaching, training, and guiding students in computer science and related fields.
They will conduct lectures, practical sessions, and assessments; update and design course content; supervise projects and research work; and take part in workshops and departmental activities.
Faculty members may also assist with curriculum development and contribute to seminars, conferences, and professional training programs organized by NIELIT.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  Candidates must have a first-class Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication, or an equivalent subject from a recognized university. A Ph.D. is preferred for senior faculty posts.
  Applicants should have at least three years of relevant teaching, research, or industry experience after completing the qualifying degree. For those who hold a Ph.D., this experience requirement may be relaxed.
  The minimum age to apply is 21 years, and the maximum is 45 years as of the closing date of the application. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories according to Government of India rules.
  Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

• Application Fees:

  Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories must pay an application fee of ₹1,000.
  Applicants from SC, ST, PwD, and Women categories do not need to pay any fee.
  The payment must be made online through net banking, debit or credit card, or UPI.

• Pay Scale:

  he pay scale for this post is Level 10 under the 7th Central Pay Commission, which is ₹57,700 to ₹1,82,400 per month.
  The gross monthly salary will be approximately between ₹75,000 and ₹95,000, depending on the place of posting and allowances.
  Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance, medical facilities, pension scheme, and leave as per government rules.
