- Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks
- Assistant Librarian: Master’s in Library Science + NET/SET
- Superintendent: Bachelor’s degree with computer knowledge
- Technical Assistant: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in relevant field
- Technician: 10th / 12th with ITI or Diploma
- Junior Assistant: 12th pass + typing and computer knowledge
