Odisha Hydro Power Corporation Ltd. (OHPC) invites dynamic and motivated candidates for the following trainee positions:

1. Management Trainee (MT)
Responsible for assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of departmental functions in HR, Finance, Legal, Secretarial, or Public Relations. Trainees will learn corporate procedures, policy implementation, compliance management, and strategic operations under the guidance of senior officers.

2. Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)
Involved in maintenance, operation, and supervision of hydro-electric power projects. Duties include assisting engineers in electrical and civil works, preparing technical reports, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting project execution and plant operations.

3. Technical Non-Executive Trainee (TNXT)
Engaged in operation, maintenance, and technical support functions in mechanical, electrical, and related trades. Responsibilities include equipment handling, repairs, plant operation assistance, and field-level technical support under departmental supervision.

Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed in regular posts as per OHPC norms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Any Graduate, LLB, Diploma, ITI, Any Masters Degree, MBA/PGDM, PG Diploma

MT (HR)	PG Degree/Diploma or MBA in HR/PM/IR with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
MT (Finance)	Degree + CA/CMA
MT (Legal)	LLB with 50%
MT (Secretarial)	Graduate + ACS/FCS
MT (PR)	Degree + PG Diploma in Journalism with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
DET (Electrical)	Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
DET (Civil)	Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PWD)
Technical Non-Executive Trainee	ITI / Diploma in the relevant trade (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Welder) from an institute recognized by the Government/NCTVT/AICTE.

Pay Scale:
Rs 22,700 to 50,000

- Management Trainee: Rs 50,000/-
- Diploma Engineer Trainee: Rs 40,000/-
