The chosen candidate will actively participate in and contribute to the institute's training activities as follows:

a. Improving the leadership capacities of the bank's top/senior executives/other banks and FIs who will be attending SBIL training.

b. Teaching subjects in the area of leadership development across the institute's numerous programmes.

c. Doing academic administration tasks as assigned by the institute.

d. Identifying training gaps in the leadership skills of the bank's top/senior executives and co-designing and co-delivering training interventions.

e. Ensuring participant competency levels are raised by constantly improving the contents and technique of Training Programs.
f. Creating and delivering training programs/workshops in a variety of leadership development areas.

g. Continuously implementing training assessment methodologies, soliciting feedback, and starting relevant remedial steps as needed.

h. Facilitating the seamless operation of the institute's many workshops, conclaves, and programmes.

i. Ensuring that the appropriate sorts of training are provided, as well as continual upkeep in the implementation of best and new HR practises.

j. Marketing the institute and its programmes in appropriate forums in order to enhance the institute's brand and achieve optimum training efficacy.
