SBI Retired Officer Recruitment 2023: JOB DESCRIPTION

a. Inspect and monitor operations at CSPs/BCs at regular intervals, i.e. monthly, with a minimum of 75 CSP visits each month. BCF are required to conduct one financial/non-financial transaction using AEPS or Micro ATM and submit the report via the online portal.
b. To ensure that printed receipts are issued to consumers and to supervise fund processing at CSP outlets.

c. Ensure that registries are kept up to date.
d. Offer guidance and training to CSPs on banking practises, as well as improve BC/CSP compliance reporting on various Bank's instructions.
e. Report operational issues with CSPs to higher authority.
f. Verify that the CSPs issue is resolved as soon as possible.
g. Give input to RBO in order to increase the efficiency of the BC channel.

h. Deliver alerts to the Chief Manager (FI) in order to improve the efficiency of the BC channel.
i. Enhance financial literacy training for BCs/CSPs dealing with new products.
j. Do thorough due diligence on new BCs/CSPs.

k. Reactivating dormant BCs/CSPs.
l. Report instances of CSPs marketing products that are complementary to our Bank's offerings.
m. Accelerate Aadhar and mobile seeding in FI accounts.
n. Oversee the activation of Micro ATMs provided to BCs for the issue of Green PINs and the activation of RuPay Cards.
o. Convincing CSPs to acquire Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) qualifications to support the Bank's recovery efforts.
p. Any other tasks delegated by the bank.
