Vice President (VP) – Wealth / Specialist Officer
Mandatory: Graduation from a Government-recognized University / Institution.
Preferred / Desirable:
MBA / PGDM in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Wealth Management, etc.
Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM XXI-A may be given weightage.
Assistant Vice President (AVP) / Senior Relationship Manager
Mandatory: Graduate from a recognized University / Institution.
Preferred:
Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in a relevant field (Finance/Marketing/Banking) is advantageous.
Certifications in wealth/banking-related fields may be preferred.
Customer Relationship Executive / Specialist Support Roles
Mandatory: Graduation from a Government-recognized University / Institution.
Preferred:
Knowledge/experience in documentation of financial products, customer handling, or related banking tasks.
Banking/Finance/Management background can help but basic graduation is the core requirement.
