Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting products of the Women Farmers Producer Company, developing market linkages, coordinating with buyers, improving sales strategies, and supporting women farmers in branding and outreach activities. The role includes field visits, market research, coordination with stakeholders, and reporting to the management.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The CEO will oversee the overall operations of the Farmers Producer Company, including administration, financial management, project implementation, compliance, and business development. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, government agencies, and partner organizations to ensure sustainable growth of the FPC.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification

Marketing Manager (MM):
- Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in marketing / sales / rural development / FPC-related work
Chief Executive Officer (CEO – SWFPC & MPWFPC):
- Post-Graduate Diploma in:
  - Rural Management
  - Development Management
  - Forest Management
  - Agriculture / Allied or similar discipline
- Relevant experience in FPO / NGO / Rural Development projects preferred

Pay Scale:
- Marketing Manager: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
- Chief Executive Officer (CEO): ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
