Job Purpose:

To support  union bank branch operations, customer service, and business development while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Relationship Management:

  • Provide high-quality service to walk-in and existing union bank customers.

  • Handle union bank customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.

  • Support cross-selling of bank products such as loans, deposits, and insurance.

• Operational Support:

  • Supervise day-to-day branch activities including cash handling, documentation, and reporting.

  • Ensure timely processing of transactions and adherence to internal controls.

  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and RBI regulations.

• Sales and Marketing:

  • Identify new business opportunities to increase  union bank branch profitability.

  • Assist in promoting retail products like savings/current accounts, personal and home loans.

  • Participate in campaigns and outreach programs to enhance union bank customer base.

• Team Coordination:

  • Support senior managers in training and guiding junior staff.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth branch functioning.

• Compliance & Audit:

  • Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit findings.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and operational risk controls.
