The IBPS Specialist Officer (SO) recruitment is designed to fill crucial Scale-I officer roles in public sector banks. How to Download IBPS CRP SPL-XVI (Specialist Officers) Admit Card

1. Visit the official IBPS portal 

2. Click on the link for "CRP Specialist Officers" on the home page.

3. Select "Common Recruitment Process for Specialist Officers XVI".

4. Click on "Click here to Download Online Preliminary Exam Call Letter for CRP-SPL-XVI".

5. Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY).

6. Complete the Captcha verification code and click "Login".

7. Your IBPS SO Admit Card will appear on the screen. Save the file and print 2–3 clear copies for the exam day.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Mandatory Documents: Bring a printed copy of the Admit Card along with a valid photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) in original and one clear photocopy.

• Passport Photo: Carry two additional recent passport-sized photographs matching the photo uploaded during registration.

• Reporting Time: Arrive at the examination venue strictly at the reporting time mentioned on the call letter. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.

• Prohibited Items: Electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators), study material, bags, and metallic items are prohibited inside the exam hall.

• Biometric Verification: Candidates will undergo biometric capture (photograph and IRIS/thumb impression) at the exam venue.

• Name Match: Ensure the name printed on the admit card matches the identity proof document exactly. Candidates with name discrepancies must carry official proof of name change (e.g., gazette notification or marriage certificate).
