HEC has released the notification to get the application form from the candidates for the post of Senior Manager, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager. Aspirants who completed their B. Tech/ BE diploma or any postgraduates can apply for the positions before 23/Oct/2017.

For the post of Senior Manager-

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent from AICTE recognized Institute/University (not less than 60% marks) or equivalent CGPA.

SC/ST/PWD candidates are eligible with 55% or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Institute/University. Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferably in Mining/Mechanical or equivalent from AICTE recognized Institute/University (not less than 60% marks) or equivalent CGPA.

Experience (Post Qualification):

Candidate should have minimum experience of 13 years in marketing/ design/ metallurgical equipment, infrastructural products/maintenance of heavy steel production

Age: 44 years

Salary:  Rs. 32,900 - Rs. 58,000/- Per Month

For the post of Assistant Manager-

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduation Diploma/Degree in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations of minimum 2 yrs duration or MBA with a specialty in Personnel Management/HR or equivalent from renowned University or AICTE/UGC approval course with first class (not less than 60% marks) or CGPA equivalent.

SC/ST/PWD candidates are eligible with 55% or CGPA equivalent from a recognized Institute/University. Degree in Law / Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws

Age: 34 years

Salary:  Rs. 20,600 - Rs. 46,500/- Per Month

For the post of Deputy Manager-

Educational Qualifications:

Candidate with Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Industrial Relations or Personnel Management having minimum 2 yrs duration or MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management or equivalent from recognized University or AICTE/UGC approved course (not less than 60% marks) or CGPA equivalent.

SC/ST/PWD candidates are eligible with 55% or CGPA equivalent from a recognized Institute/University. Degree in Law / Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws

Experience (Post Qualification):

Experience of 7 years for the post of Deputy Manager & minimum 4 years for the post of Assistant Manager Candidate should have experience in a large manufacturing organization and exposure in the field of training, recruitment & development, human resources management, industrial relations, employee relations and personnel administration. Also, should have experience in drafting personnel policies and knowledge of labor laws

Age: 37 years

Salary:  Rs. 24,900 - Rs. 50,500/- Per Month
