IBPS Clerk Mains Admit Card 2025 – Download Link and release date

By KD | Admit Card | Nov 13, 2025

The IBPS Clerk Mains Admit Card 2025 will be released soon. Candidates appearing for the mains exam can download their admit cards from the official IBPS website using their registration number and password. It is mandatory to carry the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the exam centre.

What the Admit Card Will Contain

When the admit card is issued, you should check that it has:

  • Your Name, Registration/Roll Number, and Photograph
  • The Exam Date, Shift/Session Time, Reporting Time, and the Exam Centre Address
  • Important Instructions for exam‑day (what you must bring, what’s prohibited)
  • For example, one source mentions: “The call letter will have key details such as your exam date, reporting time, exam venue, address, instructions, etc.”

How to Download the Admit Card

Here’s a step‑by‑step you should follow once the admit card is live:

  1. Visit the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in
  2. Navigate to the section for “CRP Clerical Cadre XV” or similar (the recruitment process for clerks).
  3. Look for the link titled something like “IBPS Clerk Mains Admit Card 2025”.
  4. Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number, Password or Date of Birth, and captcha, then submit.
  5. Download the admit card PDF. Print it out and also keep a digital copy.
  6. Check all the details carefully. If any mistake: contact IBPS through their grievance mechanism.
  7. On the exam day, carry the admit card along with a valid photo ID (original + photocopy) as instructed.

Key Tips for Exam Day

  • Arrive early: Reporting time will be specified; reaching late may cause issues.
  • Carry what’s required: Admit card + ID proof (passport, PAN, voter ID, etc) + any other items permitted.
  • Check centre location ahead of time: Know how to reach the venue to avoid last‑minute rush.
  • Read the instructions on the admit card: what items are prohibited, dress code (if any), etc.
  • Keep spare copies: A printed copy and a backup digital version (on phone) help.
  • Check your details: If your name, date of birth or photo is incorrect, raise grievance immediately.

Important Dates to Remember

  • The official notification for the IBPS Clerk (CSA) – CRP XV recruitment process–2025 mentions that the mains exam is scheduled for 29 November 2025
  • The mains admit card is expected to be released in November 2025
  • The prelims stage has already been conducted; the admit card for prelims was released around 24 September 2025.

What to Do If Admit Card Isn’t Available Yet

  • Since the admit card is expected to be released in November 2025, wait for the official link to go live.
  • Keep refreshing the official website or the recruitment page for updates.
  • Ensure your login credentials (registration number, password/DOB) are safe and correct.
  • If your name or registration doesn’t appear even after release: check with IBPS support/helpline.
  • Meanwhile, continue revision and exam preparation — being ready is half the success.

Why This Step Matters

The mains exam is the final phase for qualifying in the selection process for Clerical Cadre (Customer Service Associate, CSA) in participating banks. The admit card acts as your entry pass into the examination hall. Without it (or with incorrect details), you risk getting disqualified or denied entry. Given the competition level and importance of each phase, any oversight can cost dearly.
