About Us
NICE-IAS offers advice on how to prepare for the IAS test, also known as the civil services examination, which is administered by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and several state service commissions to fill administrative positions at the national and state levels, respectively. State Service Commissions often adhere to the syllabus and pattern approved by the UPSC.The Indian Government's civil services, such as the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Revenue Service (IRS), and others, are all recruited through exams held by the UPSC. The first three (IAS, IPS, and IFS) are included in the All India Services category, and the remaining categories are Central Services. Group "A" and Group "B" services are further separated from the central services.
