About Us
RICE's primary goal is to deliver high-quality coaching to kids (candidates) from all walks of life in order to assist them to realize their goals by preparing them for competitive examinations at an affordable rate. The Raffles Institute of Competitive Examinations (RICE) is the most recent addition to the Raffle Group of Institutions, which is managed by the Gomber Education Foundation (GEF), a non-profit, non-sectarian charity organization founded under the Indian Trusts Act 1882. It was founded by the late Mr. VK Gomber, its Founder and President, alongside internationally renowned Trustees. The organization is currently led by Dr. Justice Mrs. Meena V Gomber, a former Rajasthan High Court judge, and Mr. Vivek Gomber, GEF's Managing Life Trustee. He is also the President of Neemrana's Raffles University. In keeping with its commitment to youth, the GEF has taken a brave step and thrown its weight behind this noble cause by naming Colonel M S Pathania, a retired Colonel with 27 years of service in the Indian Army and nearly five years in the education industry, as his posthumous successor.
