IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026

Under the IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026, candidates will be selected for different positions in participating Regional Rural Banks. The recruitment includes Office Assistant (Multipurpose), Officer Scale-I, Officer Scale-II and Officer Scale-III posts. Office Assistants generally perform clerical and customer-service-related banking work, while officers handle banking operations, customer services, loans, administration and other responsibilities according to their scale and role.

The selection process depends on the post. Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I candidates have to appear for Preliminary and Main examinations. Officer Scale-II and Scale-III candidates appear for a single online examination followed by the applicable selection process. The tentative exam schedule includes Officer Scale-I Prelims on 21 and 22 November 2026, Office Assistant Prelims on 6, 12 and 13 December 2026, and the Main/Single examinations in December 2026 and January 2027.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  Candidates should check the official notification carefully because eligibility is different for each post.

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
  • Officer Scale-I: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Officer Scale-II: Educational qualification and relevant work experience depend on the General Banking or Specialist post.
  • Officer Scale-III: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with the required experience as prescribed for the post.
  • Candidates applying for Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I generally need proficiency in the local language of the participating RRB's state.
  • Age limit is post-wise: Office Assistant is generally 18–28 years, Officer Scale-I is above 18 and below 30 years, Officer Scale-II is above 21 and below 32 years, and Officer Scale-III is above 21 and below 40 years.
  • Age relaxation is available to eligible reserved categories according to government rules.
• Application Fees:

  Candidates have to pay the application fee online during the registration period.

  • SC/ST/PwBD candidates: ₹175
  • Other candidates: ₹850

• Pay Scale:

  The salary of RRB employees depends on the post, applicable banking settlements and the rules of the participating RRB. Candidates also receive applicable allowances and benefits.

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Starting basic pay is around ₹24,050, with applicable allowances.
  • Officer Scale-I: Starting basic pay is around ₹48,480.
  • Officer Scale-II: Starting basic pay is around ₹64,820.
  • Officer Scale-III: Starting basic pay is around ₹85,920.
  • Other benefits may include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance and other allowances as applicable.
  • The actual gross and in-hand salary can vary according to the RRB and place of posting.
