Eligibility Criteria:
- Nursing Superintendent: B.Sc Nursing or a recognised GNM qualification with the required nursing registration.
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): B.Pharm or Pharm.D with registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
- Health & Malaria Inspector Grade II: B.Sc with Chemistry as a subject along with the prescribed Health/Sanitary Inspector qualification.
- Radiographer X-Ray Technician: 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry plus the required diploma in Radiography/X-Ray Technology.
- Lab Assistant Grade II: 10+2 in Science with Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or equivalent qualification.
- Other posts have their own specific educational and registration requirements.
- The age limit is post-wise. For example, Nursing Superintendent is 20–40 years, Pharmacist is 20–35 years, and Lab Assistant Grade II is 18–33 years, calculated as on 1 January 2027.
- Age relaxation is available to eligible reserved categories as per Railway rules.
Application Fees:
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹500
- SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD/Female/Transgender/Minority/EBC candidates: ₹250
- Candidates in the ₹500 category are eligible for a partial refund after appearing in the first-stage CBT, subject to the notification rules.
- Eligible candidates in the ₹250 category can receive the applicable refund after appearing in the CBT.
- The fee can be paid through the available online payment methods as specified by RRB.

- Dialysis Technician: Pay Level 6 – Initial Pay ₹35,400
- Health & Malaria Inspector Grade II: Pay Level 6 – Initial Pay ₹35,400
- Audiologist & Speech Therapist: Pay Level 6 – Initial Pay ₹35,400
- Pharmacist (Entry Grade): Pay Level 5 – Initial Pay ₹29,200
- Radiographer X-Ray Technician: Pay Level 5 – Initial Pay ₹29,200
- ECG Technician: Pay Level 4 – Initial Pay ₹25,500
- Optometrist: Pay Level 4 – Initial Pay ₹25,500
- Lab Assistant Grade II: Pay Level 3 – Initial Pay ₹21,700
