SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 Notification Out – Apply Online for 207 Posts

Under the SBI SCO Recruitment 2026, SBI is looking for professionals who can manage wealth management activities and provide financial services to affluent, HNI and UHNI customers. Depending on the post, selected officers may manage teams, build customer relationships, advise clients about investment products, increase assets under management and support the bank's wealth business.

The recruitment includes 207 tentative vacancies across different positions and SBI circles. The contract period is five years, which may be renewed for another four years at the bank's discretion. Candidates can apply for more than one post if they meet the eligibility requirements. For five posts—Relationship Manager-Team Lead, Investment Specialist, Investment Officer, VP Wealth and AVP Wealth—candidates must select three different circles while applying.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  The eligibility requirements are different for each post. Candidates should carefully check the experience requirement before applying.

  • Zonal Head: Graduation from a recognized university and at least 15 years of relevant sales experience, including 5 years of leading large teams.
  • Regional Head: Graduation and at least 12 years of relevant relationship-management experience, including 5 years of team-leading experience.
  • Relationship Manager-Team Lead: Graduation with at least 8 years of relevant relationship-management experience. Team-lead experience is preferred.
  • Investment Specialist: Relevant PG degree/PG diploma in finance, accountancy, business management, commerce, economics, capital markets, banking, insurance or actuarial science, or CA/CFA, with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Investment Officer: Relevant PG degree/PG diploma or CA/CFA with at least 4 years of relevant investment experience.
  • VP Wealth: Graduation with at least 6 years of sales and marketing experience. Relationship-management experience in wealth management is preferred.
  • AVP Wealth: Graduation with at least 3 years of sales and marketing experience. Relevant relationship-management experience is preferred.
  • Preferred qualifications for several posts include MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing, CFP, CFA and NISM certifications.
  • The maximum age varies by post from 35 to 50 years, while the minimum age ranges from 23 to 35 years. Age is calculated as on 31 August 2026.
  • Teaching and training experience is not counted toward the required experience.

• Pay Scale:

  Since these are contractual Specialist Cadre Officer positions, the recruitment does not follow a regular SBI pay scale. SBI offers negotiable annual CTC depending on the candidate's experience, current salary and place of posting.

  • Zonal Head: Up to ₹97 lakh per year
  • Regional Head: Up to ₹66.40 lakh per year
  • Relationship Manager-Team Lead: Up to ₹51.80 lakh per year
  • Investment Specialist: Up to ₹44.50 lakh per year
  • Investment Officer: Up to ₹27.10 lakh per year
  • VP Wealth: Up to ₹44.70 lakh per year
  • AVP Wealth: Up to ₹30.20 lakh per year
  • Performance-linked pay can be up to 45% of fixed pay, depending on performance and SBI policy.
  • The contract period is five years and may be renewed for another four years.
