The SIDBI Recruitment 2026 is mainly for experienced professionals who can support green finance, climate-related projects and sustainable development programmes. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall implementation, coordination, monitoring and management of assigned programmes. The role includes preparing implementation plans, coordinating with financial institutions, government agencies, consultants and development partners, monitoring project progress and preparing reports. Candidates with experience in climate finance, sustainable development finance, government programmes or multilateral projects may be preferred.

The Project Coordinator will support the day-to-day coordination and administration of the programme. The selected candidate will help maintain project schedules, coordinate meetings and workshops, manage documents and data, prepare reports and communicate with different stakeholders. The positions are contractual and the initial engagement period is 3 years, subject to annual performance review, with possible annual renewal for up to a maximum of 5 years. The selected professionals may be stationed at SIDBI's New Delhi and/or Mumbai offices and may need to visit stakeholder offices.

Eligibility Criteria:
Project Manager
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, Economics, Finance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Climate Change or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Finance, Climate Change, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Development Studies or related fields is desirable.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in banks, NBFCs or NBFC-MFIs, preferably in climate or sustainable development finance.
- Experience in managing credit refinance/lines of credit or programmes with government or multilateral partners is desirable.
- Maximum age: 50 years as on 31 August 2026.
Project Coordinator
- Graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Finance, Climate Change, Sustainability, Development Studies or Project Management is desirable.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, programme implementation, stakeholder management, reporting or related work.
- Experience with financial institutions, MSMEs, government agencies, development organisations or donor-funded programmes is preferred.
- Knowledge of climate finance and sustainable development is desirable.
- Maximum age: 40 years as on 31 August 2026.
