Candidates must meet the educational qualification, experience and age requirements for their chosen post.
Educational Qualification
Finance posts: Candidates must be qualified CA or CMA professionals from the relevant recognized institute.
HR posts: Candidates need an eligible full-time MBA in HRM/HRD or a relevant postgraduate qualification in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare. A Master of Social Work or MHROD may also qualify under the notification's conditions.
For applicable HR qualifications, a minimum of 60% marks is required.
An LLB qualification is desirable for HR posts.
Required Work Experience
Senior Manager: Minimum 13 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience.
Deputy General Manager: Minimum 17 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience.
Additional General Manager: Minimum 21 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience.
General, OBC (NCL) and EWS: ₹600.
SC/ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen: Exempted as specified in the notification.
Eligible departmental candidates and candidates from specified project-affected areas are also exempt.
The fee is payable online through the prescribed payment facility.

Senior Manager (E-6): ₹90,000–₹2,40,000 per month.
Deputy General Manager (E-7): ₹1,00,000–₹2,60,000 per month.
Additional General Manager (E-8): ₹1,20,000–₹2,80,000 per month.
Eligible employees may also receive applicable allowances, performance-related pay, accommodation or HRA, medical facilities, and other benefits under company rules.
