Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for THDC Recruitment 2026 for 10 Senior Manager, Deputy General Manager & More Posts must meet the educational qualification, experience, and age requirements for their selected position.

1. Educational Qualification
- Finance Posts: Candidates must be qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) or Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) from the relevant recognized professional institute.
- HR Posts: Candidates must have a full-time MBA with HR specialization, a relevant postgraduate degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare, an eligible two-year postgraduate diploma, or a Master's in Social Work/MHROD, as specified in the notification.
- For the specified HR qualifications, a minimum of 60% marks is required where applicable.
- A law degree (LLB) is desirable for HR posts but is not a compulsory qualification unless specified otherwise.
2. Work Experience

The required post-qualification executive experience is:
- Senior Manager: Minimum 13 years.
- Deputy General Manager: Minimum 17 years.
- Additional General Manager: Minimum 21 years.
Relevant experience must be in Finance, Accounts, Internal Audit, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations, depending on the post. Candidates must also meet any specified lower-grade experience requirements.

3. Age Limit

The upper age limits, calculated as of 7 October 2026, are:
- Senior Manager: 48 years.
- Deputy General Manager: 50 years.
- Additional General Manager: 53 years.
Age relaxation is available to eligible categories according to the official notification and applicable government rules.

Pay Scale:
THDC offers executive-level pay scales along with applicable allowances and employee benefits.
- Senior Manager (E-6): ₹90,000–₹2,40,000 per month.
- Deputy General Manager (E-7): ₹1,00,000–₹2,60,000 per month.
- Additional General Manager (E-8): ₹1,20,000–₹2,80,000 per month.
Other benefits may include Dearness Allowance, applicable allowances, performance-related pay, accommodation or HRA, medical facilities, provident fund, gratuity, and other benefits under company rules. Actual compensation depends on the applicable service conditions
