• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Candidates must generally have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
  • Some posts have specific qualifications. For example, Assistant Director/Audit Officer requires B.Com or CA.
  • Case Worker requires a postgraduate degree in Sociology, Applied Sociology or Social Work.
  • The Factories/Boiler post requires a relevant Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
  • The Plant Development Officer post requires a relevant Agriculture/Horticulture qualification.
  • Candidates must be between 21 and 42 years of age as on 1 July 2026.
  • Age relaxation is available to eligible candidates according to government rules.
  • Reservation and certain relaxation benefits are applicable to candidates meeting Uttarakhand domicile requirements.

  • Uttarakhand SC/ST: ₹76.36

• Pay Scale:
  • Most Level-10 posts: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month.
  • State Tax Officer: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400 per month.
  • Case Worker: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 per month.
