The AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for Graduate & Diploma Apprentice Posts provides an opportunity for eligible graduates and diploma holders to gain practical training with the Airports Authority of India (AAI). The apprenticeship is offered at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, Nagpur , for a training period of one year. The available disciplines include Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Human Resources, Finance and Mechanical Engineering. Selected Graduate Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000 , while Diploma Apprentices will receive ₹12,000 per month during the training period.

The recruitment is suitable for candidates who want to gain professional experience after completing their degree or diploma. Candidates are selected mainly on the basis of their marks in the qualifying examination. Shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview and document verification. • Eligibility Criteria:

  Candidates applying for AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 should meet the following conditions:

  • Nationality: Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
  • Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in Maharashtra and should belong to Nagpur or nearby areas of Nagpur.
  • Age Limit: Minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 26 years as on 31 July 2026 .
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST and PwD candidates get 5 years relaxation, while OBC candidates get 3 years relaxation.
  • Graduate Civil: BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Graduate Electrical: BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Graduate HR: Degree in any stream with computer and administrative knowledge.
  • Graduate Finance: B.Com or BBA.
  • Diploma Civil: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Diploma Electrical: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Diploma Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Candidates generally need 50% marks in the qualifying examination, while SC/ST candidates need 45% marks .
  • The relevant Degree/Diploma should have been completed on or after 1 April 2022 .
  • Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship or have one year or more of job/training experience after obtaining the qualification are not eligible under the stated conditions.
• Application Fees:
  • General Candidates: No application fee.
  • SC/ST Candidates: No application fee.
  • OBC Candidates: No application fee.
  • PwD Candidates: No application fee.
  • Candidates can apply online through the BOAT/NATS 2.0 portal .
  • Online applications are accepted from 28 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 .
• Pay Scale:

  Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend during the one-year training period:

  • Graduate Apprentice: ₹15,000 per month.
  • Diploma Apprentice: ₹12,000 per month.
  • Graduate stipend includes an establishment share of ₹8,850 and government share of ₹6,150 through BOAT.
  • Diploma stipend includes an establishment share of ₹6,550 and government share of ₹5,450 through BOAT.
