To apply for the ICAR CIRCOT Senior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026, applicants must fulfill the following educational and age requirements:
Degree: M.Sc. or M.Tech. degree in Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology, Agricultural Process Engineering, Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology from a recognized university.
National Eligibility Test (NET): Candidates holding a 3-year Bachelor's degree and 2-year Master's degree must have qualified ICAR-NET, CSIR-UGC NET, or GATE. Candidates with a 4-year/5-year professional Bachelor's degree followed by a Master's degree are exempt from mandatory NET qualification for certain project categories.
Desirable: Prior research experience in laboratory testing, handling instruments like HPLC, SEM, FTIR, or statistical data analysis software will be preferred.

Selected candidates under the ICAR CIRCOT Senior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 will receive a monthly fellowship stipend structured as follows:
1st and 2nd Year: ₹31,000 per month + applicable House Rent Allowance (HRA).
3rd Year (if extended): ₹35,000 per month + applicable House Rent Allowance (HRA).
HRA Details: House Rent Allowance is paid at 24% (or as applicable for Mumbai city) as per Central Government norms if institutional accommodation is not provided.
