• Eligibility Criteria:

  Candidates applying for STPI Junior Hindi Translator Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:

  • Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.

  OR

  • Master's Degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level.

  OR

  • Any other equivalent educational qualification as prescribed in the official notification.

  Additionally, candidates must possess one of the following:

  • A recognized Diploma or Certificate in Translation from Hindi to English and vice versa.

  OR

  • Two years of translation experience in a Central Government, State Government, Union Territory Administration, Public Sector Undertaking, or Autonomous Body.

  Other eligibility requirements:

  • Maximum Age: 30 Years.
  • Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Government of India rules.
  • Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions before the closing date of application.
• Application Fees:

  Candidates are required to pay the application fee as prescribed in the official notification.

  • General / UR / OBC (Male): ₹500
  • Female Candidates: No Application Fee
  • SC / ST / PwBD Candidates: No Application Fee
  • The application fee should be paid through the prescribed online payment mode.
  • The fee once paid is generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified by STPI.
• Pay Scale:

  Selected candidates will receive salary and allowances as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).

  • Pay Level: Level-6
  • Salary: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 per month.
  • Additional benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other admissible allowances will be provided as per Government rules.
  • Candidates will be placed on a two-year probation period after appointment.
