Central Silk Board Recruitment 2026 for 17 Assistant Engineer, Joint Secretary and More Posts

• Eligibility Criteria:
  • The recruitment is on deputation basis and is mainly meant for eligible serving government officers.
  • Candidates must hold an analogous post on a regular basis or have the prescribed service in the relevant pay level, depending on the post.
  • Joint Secretary (Technical): Relevant government service/technical experience as prescribed in the notification.
  • Deputy Director (Admn. & Accts.): Bachelor's degree along with the prescribed government service requirements.
  • Deputy Director (Statistics): Bachelor's degree in Statistics with the required service.
  • Deputy Director (Official Language): Relevant Master's qualification in Hindi/English and prescribed translation qualification/experience.
  • Deputy Director (Finance): Qualifications such as CA, Cost Accountant, CS, MBA/M.Com, as applicable, along with required service.
  • Assistant Director (Admn. & Accts.): Relevant professional qualification such as CA, Cost Accountant, CS, MBA/M.Com with prescribed service.
  • Assistant Director (Statistics): Bachelor's degree in Statistics with required service.
  • Assistant Engineer: Second Class Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and the required government service.
  • Maximum Age: 56 years as on the closing date, subject to the conditions mentioned in the notification.

• Pay Scale:
  • Joint Secretary (Technical): Level 12 – ₹78,800 to ₹2,09,200 per month.

  • Assistant Engineer: Level 6 – ₹35,400 to ₹1,12,400 per month.
