Eligibility Criteria:
1. The candidate must be knowledge of Hindi writing in Devnagiri script.
2. A civil engineering degree from a university OR institution established by law in Uttar Pradesh, or from any other institution recognized by the State Government, or a degree or diploma recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Government OR
3. Section A and B of the Institution of Engineers (India) OR
4. Be an associate member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (London).
