- Must have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh/ Board of Secondary Education, Uttarakhand, or any examination declared by the Governor as equivalent thereto.
- Speed of 4000 depressions per hour in Hindi Typewriting.
