• Eligibility Criteria:

  Candidates should meet the required educational and other conditions for the PGIMER Nursing Officer Recruitment 2026.

  • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as on 03 October 2026.
  • Age relaxation is applicable to reserved categories as per government rules.
  • Candidates must be Indian citizens who fulfil the prescribed conditions.
  • Educational Qualification – Route 1: B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nursing from a recognized university/institute.
  • OR: Regular B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university/institute.
  • OR: Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university/institute.
  • Candidates following the B.Sc. Nursing routes must be registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife (RN or RN & RM) with a State Nursing Council.
  • Educational Qualification – Route 2: Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized Board or Council.
  • GNM candidates must be registered as a Nurse or Nurse and Mid-wife with a State Nursing Council.
  • GNM candidates must also have one year of experience in a minimum 50-bedded hospital after obtaining the required qualification.
• Application Fees:

  Candidates should pay the applicable application fee while submitting the online form.

  • General / OBC / EWS: ₹1,500 + applicable transaction charges
  • SC / ST: ₹800 + applicable transaction charges
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): Exempt from application fee
  • Payment is made through the online payment facility provided during the application process.
• Pay Scale:

  Selected candidates will receive salary according to the 7th Central Pay Commission.

  • Pay Level: Level-7
  • Pay Scale: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
