• Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Officer –
  Educational Qualification:
  – Graduation in any discipline from Recognized University,
  – Basic knowledge of computer application.
  Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 1 Year Work Experience in any Housing Finance Company /Banks/NBFCs dealing in mortgage loan. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered as count of experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply
  2. Sr. Officer –
  Educational Qualification:
  – Graduation in any discipline from Recognized University,
  – Basic knowledge of computer application.
  Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 Years Work Experience in any Housing Finance Company / Banks/NBFCs dealing in mortgage loan. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered as count of experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
  3. Sr. Officer (HR) –
  Educational Qualification:
  – Graduation in any discipline from Recognized University and Two years full time Masters degree with specialization in HR.
  – Basic knowledge of computer application must.
  Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 Years Work Experience HR Department. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered as count of experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.
  4. Sr. Officer (Compliance) –
  Educational Qualification:  
  – Graduation in any discipline from Recognized University and Two years full time MasteSemi qualified Company Secretary (Executive).
  – Basic knowledge of computer application must
  Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 2 Years Work Experience HR Department. Management Trainee/ Internship period will not be considered as count of experience. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.

• Application Fees:

  Gen – Rs.500/-
  ST SC/ST/OBC/EWS- Rs.200/-

• Pay Scale:

  1. Officer – Rs. CTC Rs.3.60 lakh p.a. Additional ( Rs.30,000/- p.a. over 1 year experience subject to maximum CTC Rs.4,20,000/-p.a.)
  2. Sr. Officer – CTC Rs.4.00 lakh p.a. Additional (Rs.30,000/- p.a. over 2 years’ experience subject to maximum CTC Rs.4,60,000/-p.a.)
